Funding was sought and an experiment commissioned to investigate the cinematic motif: ‘Living in close proximity to a flashing neon sign denotes a potentially socio- or psychopathic character’. At the end of the research and evaluation period, the temporary experimental environment and resulting paper were publically exhibited.
